Psychographics:
The type of audience I would aim for would be Aspirers and Explorers. This is because aspirers are mainly young people that typically like to spend their money, which is what my main target audience is. I would also have explorers because they like seeking discovery and finding things out and because my drama is like a crime/mystery type of drama they would most likely be fully engaged in watching the drama as they would to seek out answer from the drama. I could also aim for the strugglers as they seek escape and I would want my drama to offer a form of escape as it would be so good that the audience is fully engaged and just watching the drama and not thinking of anything else. |

The first question was just asking the focus group if I have included everything relevant in my pitch and if I am missing any important information and what I should include. I asked this mainly because I want to make sure I am fully prepared when I am presenting my final pitch and that I have all the right information so the client and producers have everything they want and need to know. From the results, all of the focus group has agreed that I have all the relevant information so I don't need to change anything in regards to this.

Question two was just mainly asking about my presenting style and idea and asking the focus group if they were any good. This is important as I wanted to know from a different perspective if my idea was good and if I could get the idea commissioned. It also let me know if I needed to change anything in regards to my presenting style or if I needed to develop my idea a bit more before my final pitch. From the results, the focus group has explained that they think the idea is really good but I should perhaps be a bit more confident and more convincing when presenting

Question three was simply just asking if they thought the presentation was visually appealing and if I should change or add anything to the presentation. From the results the focus group has said that the the presentation was alright but I should add in a bit more photos so that my presentation isn't just text based.

The fourth question is just asking the focus group if I need to add anything to the proposal before presenting. From the feedback given, the focus group has said to add in some more justification into some of the points I make like the age restriction aspect and relate that back into the target audience and any regulatory bodies. Another is to just sum up all my ideas, like a concussion, so it is clear to the client and producers that I have finished and just rounding up all my points.
